tatyana aliTatyana Marisol Ali (born on January 24 1979) is an American actress and singer best well-known for her character Ashley Banks on the NBC sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air from 1990 until 1996. Tyana Jones played her TV One series Love That Girl! role in addition to her appearance as the character Roxanne in the CBS soap drama The Young and the Restless. In 1985, a 6-year-old Ali began her acting career by appearing regularly on the PBS children's educational program Sesame Street. The show also featured an appearance with jazz great Herbie Hancock who demonstrated his Fairlight CMI synthesizer with a sound sample of Ali's voice. Star Search also featured her in two episodes.
